David K. Aaker is a nationally known and requested motivational speaker, with a focus on customer service. His motivational keynote presentations have successfully ignited national conferences and annual banquets for corporate, associations and organizations. David has many repeat requests and is often invited on the spot, immediately following, a key note or workshop to speak at their next conference. Several organizations have used David's customer service programs and motivational keynotes as a fund raiser. Mr. Aaker was the 15th Chamber Executive in the State of California to earn the status of "Accredited Chamber Executive".

David is a National Public speaker on Customer Service and is often invited to speak to Corporations, Associations and Organizations.

David has served in Organizational Management for Chamber of Commerce since 1981, serving as CEO for the Palmdale and Palm Springs Chamber until July 1, 2004 to devote full time to his National Public Speaking and Customer Service Training Company, Aaker & Associates.

David is accredited by the Western Association of Chamber Executives and is a 1990 graduate of the United States Chamber Institute for Organizational Management at the University of Colorado at Boulder. By invitation of the US Chamber, David is a member of the Institute Faculty, teaching at Colorado College, University of Arizona and Villanova University, Villanova, Pennsylvania.

David is one of five planning commissioners appointed to the Sovereign Nation of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians at Palm Springs, California. He has facilitated over 180 Chamber and Association Board Retreats and Strategic Planning Sessions.

David was honored on 27 June 2004 by The Palm Springs Bureau of Tourism at the 4th Annual Best of the Best Awards dinner as the "Golden Palm Award, Hall of Fame Recipient". His contribution to the tourism and hospitality industry of Palm Springs was recognized by this " Hall of Fame Award".

David is now a full time National Public Speaker on Customer Service, Ethics in Business, Leadership and Communication skills.
